Course Two: Tomato Bisque Soup with Fontina and Mozzarella Grilled Cheese

Course Three (Your Choice!)

1. Chateaubriand with Potatoes Dauphinoise. 

2. Winter Vegetable Risotto with Grilled lobster tail in Italian Herb Galic Butter

Bonus: Add a lobster tail to your Chateaubriand for just $25! Nothing rings in the new year like surf and turf!
