Hey there, I'm Paul Jansen Executive Chef and owner of Sette and the Paul Jansen Group. I love Italian food! What I don't love is the multiple pages of most Italian menus which inevitably results in a mediocre food experience. I studied Italian menus and found that most of the sales comes from a small portion of menu items. Why not put an intense focus on these classic, iconic Italian pastas and execute them to perfection? We feature five iconic pasta dishes that don't change, and two entrée specials that change each month. This is how Sette was born!
