Our signature dish! Owner and Chef Paul Spent 18 years perfecting his version of the perfect bolognese sauce. Our homemade herbed ricotta takes this lasagna to another level. Half pan serves approximately 18–20 guests when paired with another main dish, or about 10 guests as the sole entrée.
